"Frédéric gave me self-confidence to achieve my life change at 360 degrees.
I left my position as an international marketing executive with 2 young children to live from my passions and if I had to do it again, I would have done it sooner!
Frédéric really allowed me to look deep within myself in order to know myself better and no longer adapt to what did not suit me in society in general. The training + 2 internships allowed me to better understand who I was and through the practice of meditation to let go...
A real serenity emanates from Frédéric and being in contact with him allows you to let yourself be influenced positively and in turn to feel more serenity and well-being.
More than words... it's an experience to live... so go for it :-)"
Nathalie
"Thank you for sending the training certificate, I was so happy to receive it, I can't even explain how.
It arrived the official day of the start of my activity as a coach with the administration and that same day I had a coaching session.
A coaching that went wonderfully well with a person who at the end said "thank you, I wanted to have keys and you brought me some."
I left a person with a radiant face.
Here I wanted to share this with you, as you know I did a pair of big training before meeting you I never exploited them but this one yes and from the beginning. I felt comfortable with "it" because the tools are strong and powerful, the techniques are concrete and bear fruit...
I feel credible in what I do... I like what I do, I vibrate when I do a session, that's what I like to be and do...
Thanks again for meeting you! Thank you for all these beautiful tools.. thank you for your generosity, your kindness, your patience and trust!"...

"Frédéric and his training allowed me to have a clearer vision of who I am, of what drives me and makes me react.
A very precious gift made possible by the quality of its availability which, although it was already evident at the beginning, continued to surprise me throughout my journey.
The sessions I benefited from during the training still amazed me several days later by their depth and the fact that they continued their effects in me long after.
The first sessions that I myself conducted with my entourage, on the advice of Frédéric, as a form of training, allowed me to gain confidence.
I integrated the material gradually and life gave me nice gifts to experiment with these theories myself, to comfort myself in the deep conviction that it is this profession that fully corresponds to me but above all, that humans have gigantic resources and that, sometimes, striking a match, making a little spark of light, brings a little or a lot of joy. And I love being able to witness that."

"Wow!!! 🤩
The holistic therapist training offered by Frédéric changed my life.
Everything he shares with us is truly powerful and enriching. I consider Frédéric to be an impressive source of knowledge.
All this sharing has allowed me to concretely become a better version of myself on a daily basis and helps me to achieve my goals. I learned so much during my training journey.
On the other hand, all this gave me solid foundations as a professional to support people with respect, kindness and love. I feel proud and grateful to have followed this journey. 🥰
Another huge THANK YOU Frédéric!!! 🙏
If you too have a vocation to help others and a mission to contribute to a better world, I recommend this training. You won't regret your choice at all 😉"
Caroline
Much more than training, a journey for oneself, a reconnection to the essential. I finished this training with a lot of emotion. As if I wasn't quite the same anymore.
I was able to acquire techniques, knowledge but not only... An awakening to oneself, to others.... To spirituality.
All my gratitude to Frédéric who I think was for me like in the hero's journey, this person who allows us to take a step and complete the journey. A different understanding with the TAO part of the training! it's incredibly right and... it came to me, at that moment to refocus and soften the rigid side of the mind because I was very much in the mind, doubts and control... everything was cold and tasteless .
Thank you for these teachings, which allowed me to let go a little more, to let go more of this attachment to desire and to grow further...

Enora:
I did and completed the training 6 months ago, an experience that transcended me both personally and professionally, as the courses, exercises and sessions with Frédéric opened a door to self-realization! !! Awareness, another look and a great spiritual evolution. I feel immense gratitude to life for guiding me towards this training.
To tell you about my experience and my development, here is the report of my first coaching. " Wow! What a magical and magnificent experience. To summarize, I had a meeting with a woman I knew nothing about. I sent her the 7 domains questionnaire to visualize who she is in advance. To summarize: Devaluation, Lack of confidence, Financial worries, She had breast cancer, Fear of dying and losing those she loves, Violent and painful romantic relationships, Patterns of suicide attempts in her family... she was interned in a psychiatric hospital. There you have it, 1st coaching - a textbook case, I will remember it all my life! I was stressed before going, afraid of not getting results...
And then I arrived, I let go and it was great, she naturally guided the theme of the session and I knew that every question asked, every word I said was right, a light came on at a word said for go do this or that exercise. I was in my place, and I returned home, proud, happy and full of energy. The session lasted 2 hours and instinctively I knew it was time to end. 3 hours after leaving him she sent me a message to thank me and said “I have never felt so good in my life”
Mission accomplished, thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We will continue the coaching but what joy to see her give this gift to herself. This gift of peace, of healing that everyone deserves to find if they wish. So, after a month of training this is where I am, this training allows me to awaken a knowledge that I have within me, to fully embody my life, to be in my place. Thank you Frédéric. »

When I discovered this training offer, the hesitations I encountered with other institutions suddenly disappeared.
Indeed, this training met my expectations in terms of content (rather exhaustive!), pace, and cost. Once in training,
I discovered structured content and “demystified” concepts thanks to a very accessible pedagogy.
And the icing on the cake: Frédéric Deltour offers his availability and advice without counting.
Much more than training, Frédéric accompanies each individual on a journey into themselves.
Thanks to his teachings and relevant support, I was able to obtain my certification and I am starting my activity in helping relationships.
Go ahead. Fasten your seat belt because it shakes and... it liberates. It's perfect.
Everything is perfect !

I thank Life for putting you on my path that day...
Today I know where I am going in all areas of my life and even if it is thanks to me and my work on “who I am and who I want to be”...it is also and above all thanks to you and your kind and precious help since the beginning of this wonderful training which allows me to understand myself so much better and thus move forward more serenely.
You, Ashton, Zuno and the band have given me so much, each in a different way. I feel alive and full of joy, ready to do anything to move towards what is so important to me.
THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything you have been able to awaken and illuminate. This “everything” which was there, hidden deep within me but which today grows and irradiates my entire being...and this “light” I diffuse it all around me from now on and it will be my guide to help me to make all my dreams come true!
(Some months later)
I have confidence and even if I know that you do not expect compliments, I still want to tell you that since the beginning of the training I have progressed a lot thanks to your teachings.

Methods' Explanation and Definition
Client Centered Therapy, Carl Rogers
Person-centered therapy, also known as person-centered psychotherapy, person-centered counseling, client-centered therapy and Rogerian psychotherapy, is a form of psychotherapy developed by psychologist Carl Rogers and colleagues beginning in the 1940s[1] and extending into the 1980s.[2] Person-centered therapy seeks to facilitate a client's actualizing tendency, "an inbuilt proclivity toward growth and fulfillment",[3] via acceptance (unconditional positive regard), therapist congruence (genuineness), and empathic understanding.[4][5]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Person-centered_therapy
Carl Ransom Rogers (January 8, 1902 – February 4, 1987) was an American psychologist who was one of the founders of humanistic psychology and was known especially for his person-centered psychotherapy. Rogers is widely considered one of the founding fathers of psychotherapy research and was honored for his pioneering research with the Award for Distinguished Scientific Contributions by the American Psychological Association (APA) in 1956.
The person-centered approach, Rogers's unique approach to understanding personality and human relationships, found wide application in various domains, such as psychotherapy and counseling (client-centered therapy), education (student-centered learning), organizations, and other group settings.[1]

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Marshall Rosenberg
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an approach to communication based on the principles of nonviolence. It is not an attempt to end disagreements, but rather a method that aims to increase empathy and improve the quality of life of those who utilize the method and the people around them. Nonviolent Communication evolved from concepts used in person-centered therapy, and was developed by clinical psychologist Marshall Rosenberg beginning in the 1960s and 1970s. There are a large number of workshops and clinical materials about NVC, including Rosenberg's book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life.[1][2][3][4] Marshall Rosenberg also taught NVC in a number of video lectures available online; the workshop recorded in San Francisco is the most well-known.[5]
NVC is a communication tool with the goal of first creating empathy in the conversation. The idea is that once there is empathy between the parties in the conversation, it will be much easier to talk about a solution which satisfies all parties' fundamental needs.[6] The goal is interpersonal harmony and obtaining knowledge for future cooperation.[7]

Marshall Bertram Rosenberg (October 6, 1934 – February 7, 2015) was an American psychologist, mediator, author and teacher. Starting in the early 1960s, he developed nonviolent communication, a process for supporting partnership and resolving conflict within people, relationships, and society. He worked worldwide as a peacemaker, and in 1984 founded the Center for Nonviolent Communication, an international nonprofit organization for which he served as Director of Educational Services.[1][2]

Gestalt Therapy, Firtz Perls
Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility and focuses on the individual's experience in the present moment, the therapist–client relationship, the environmental and social contexts of a person's life, and the self-regulating adjustments people make as a result of their overall situation. It was developed by Fritz Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman in the 1940s and 1950s, and was first described in the 1951 book Gestalt Therapy.[1]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gestalt_therapy
Friedrich Salomon Perls (July 8, 1893 – March 14, 1970), better known as Fritz Perls, was a German-born psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and psychotherapist. Perls coined the term "Gestalt therapy" to identify the form of psychotherapy that he developed with his wife, Laura Perls, in the 1940s and 1950s. Perls became associated with the Esalen Institute in 1964 and lived there until 1969.
The core of the Gestalt therapy process is enhanced awareness of sensation, perception, bodily feelings, emotion, and behavior, in the present moment. Relationship is emphasized, along with contact between the self, its environment, and the other.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Richard Bandler, John Grinder
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy, that first appeared in Richard Bandler and John Grinder's 1975 book The Structure of Magic I. NLP asserts that there is a connection between neurological processes, language and acquired behavioral patterns, and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.[1][2]: 2 According to Bandler and Grinder, NLP can treat problems such as phobias, depression, tic disorders, psychosomatic illnesses, near-sightedness,[3] allergy, the common cold,[a] and learning disorders,[5][6] often in a single session. They also claim that NLP can "model" the skills of exceptional people, allowing anyone to acquire them.[7]: 5–6 [8]
NLP has been adopted by some hypnotherapists as well as by companies that run seminars marketed as leadership training to businesses and government agencies.[9][10]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuro-linguistic_programming
Richard Wayne Bandler (born 1950) is an American consultant in the field of self-help.[1] With John Grinder, he founded the neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) approach to psychotherapy in the 1970s.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Bandler
John Thomas Grinder Jr.[1] (/ˈɡrɪndər/ GRIN-dər; born January 10, 1940) is an American linguist, author, management consultant, trainer and speaker. Grinder is credited with co-creating neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with Richard Bandler. He is co-director of Quantum Leap Inc., a management consulting firm founded by his partner Carmen Bostic St. Clair in 1987 (Grinder joined in 1989). Grinder and Bostic St. Clair also run workshops and seminars on NLP internationally.

Hypnosis, Milton Erickson
Hypnosis is a human condition involving focused attention (the selective attention/selective inattention hypothesis, SASI),[2] reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion.[3]
There are competing theories explaining hypnosis and related phenomena. Altered state theories see hypnosis as an altered state of mind or trance, marked by a level of awareness different from the ordinary state of consciousness.[4][5] In contrast, non-state theories see hypnosis as, variously, a type of placebo effect,[6][7] a redefinition of an interaction with a therapist[8] or a form of imaginative role enactment.[9][10][11]
During hypnosis, a person is said to have heightened focus and concentration[12] and an increased response to suggestions.[13] Hypnosis usually begins with a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestions. The use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy", while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as "stage hypnosis," a form of mentalism.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnosis
Milton Hyland Erickson (5 December 1901 – 25 March 1980) was an American psychiatrist and psychologist specializing in medical hypnosis and family therapy. He was the founding president of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis. He is noted for his approach to the unconscious mind as creative and solution-generating. He is also noted for influencing brief therapy, strategic family therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming.[1]

Individuation, Collective Unconscious, Archetypes, Shadow..., Carl Jung
Collective unconscious (German: kollektives Unbewusstes) refers to the unconscious mind and shared mental concepts. It is generally associated with idealism and was coined by Carl Jung. According to Jung, the human collective unconscious is populated by instincts, as well as by archetypes: ancient primal symbols such as The Great Mother, the Wise Old Man, the Shadow, the Tower, Water, and the Tree of Life.[1] Jung considered the collective unconscious to underpin and surround the unconscious mind, distinguishing it from the personal unconscious of Freudian psychoanalysis. He believed that the concept of the collective unconscious helps to explain why similar themes occur in mythologies around the world. He argued that the collective unconscious had a profound influence on the lives of individuals, who lived out its symbols and clothed them in meaning through their experiences. The psychotherapeutic practice of analytical psychology revolves around examining the patient's relationship to the collective unconscious.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collective_unconscious
In analytical psychology, the shadow (also known as ego-dystonic complex, repressed id, shadow aspect, or shadow archetype) is an unconscious aspect of the personality that does not correspond with the ego ideal, leading the ego to resist and project the shadow, leading to a conflict with it. In short, the shadow is the self's emotional blind spot - the part the ego does not want to acknowledge - projected as archetypes—or, in a metaphorical sense-image complexes, personified within the collective unconscious; e.g., trickster.[1][2][3][4][5]
The shadow is conceptually the blind spot of the psyche;[7] the repression of one's id, while maladaptive, prevents shadow integration, the union of id and ego.[8][9] While they are regarded as differing on their theories of the function of repression of id in civilization, Freud and Jung coalesced at Platonism, wherein id rejects the nomos.[10] Persona is contrasted against the shadow.[11] Jung regarded the shadow as unconscious—id and biography—suppressed under the superego's ego-ideal, the way the superego wants to be.[12] The shadow is projected onto one's social environment as cognitive distortions.[13] However, the shadow can also be regarded as "roughly equivalent to the whole of the Freudian unconscious",[14] and Jung himself asserted that "the result of the Freudian method of elucidation is a minute elaboration of man's shadow side unexampled in any previous age".[15]: 63
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_(psychology)
The principle of individuation, or principium individuationis,[1] describes the manner in which a thing is identified as distinct from other things.[2]
The concept appears in numerous fields and is encountered in works of Leibniz, Carl Jung, Gunther Anders, Gilbert Simondon, Bernard Stiegler, Friedrich Nietzsche, Arthur Schopenhauer, David Bohm, Henri Bergson, Gilles Deleuze,[3] and Manuel DeLanda.
In analytical psychology, individuation is the process by which the individual self develops out of an undifferentiated unconscious – seen as a developmental psychic process during which innate elements of personality, the components of the immature psyche, and the experiences of the person's life become, if the process is more or less successful, integrated over time into a well-functioning whole.[5] Other psychoanalytic theorists describe it as the stage where an individual transcends group attachment and narcissistic self-absorption.[6]
According to Jungian psychology, individuation (German: Individuation) is a process of psychological integration. "In general, it is the process by which individual beings are formed and differentiated [from other human beings]; in particular, it is the development of the psychological individual as a being distinct from the general, collective psychology."[20]
Individuation is a process of transformation whereby the personal and collective unconscious are brought into consciousness (e.g., by means of dreams, active imagination, or free association) to be assimilated into the whole personality. It is a completely natural process that is necessary for the integration of the psyche.[21] Individuation has a holistic healing effect on the person, both mentally and physically.[21]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individuation
Jungian archetypes are a concept from psychology that refers to a universal, inherited idea, pattern of thought, or image that is present in the collective unconscious of all human beings. The psychic counterpart of instinct, archetypes are thought to be the basis of many of the common themes and symbols that appear in stories, myths, and dreams across different cultures and societies. Some examples of archetypes include those of the mother, the child, the trickster, and the flood, among others. The concept of the collective unconscious was first proposed by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.
According to Jung, archetypes are innate patterns of thought and behavior that strive for realization within an individual's environment. This process of actualization influences the degree of individuation, or the development of the individual's unique identity. For instance, the presence of a maternal figure who closely matches the child's idealized concept of a mother can evoke innate expectations and activate the mother archetype in the child's mind. This archetype is incorporated into the child's personal unconscious as a "mother complex," which is a functional unit of the personal unconscious that is analogous to an archetype in the collective unconscious.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jungian_archetypes
Carl Gustav Jung (/jʊŋ/ YUUNG;[1][2] German: [kaʁl ˈjʊŋ]; 26 July 1875 – 6 June 1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology.
Jung's work has been influential in the fields of psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, psychology,[3] and religious studies. He worked as a research scientist at the Burghölzli psychiatric hospital, in Zurich, under Eugen Bleuler. Jung established himself as an influential mind, developing a friendship with Sigmund Freud, founder of psychoanalysis, conducting a lengthy correspondence, paramount to their joint vision of human psychology. Jung is widely regarded as one of the most influential psychologists in history.[4][5]

Mindfulness and Meditation, Buddhism
Mindfulness is the cognitive skill, usually developed through meditation, of sustaining meta-awareness of the contents of one's own mind in the present moment.[1][2][note 1][3][web 1][2][4][5]
Mindfulness derives from sati, a significant element of Hindu and Buddhist traditions,[6][7] and is based on Zen, Vipassanā, and Tibetan meditation techniques.[8][9][note 2] Though definitions and techniques of mindfulness are wide-ranging,[15] Buddhist traditions describe what constitutes mindfulness such as how past, present and future moments arise and cease as momentary sense impressions and mental phenomena.[6][16][web 2] Individuals who have contributed to the popularity of mindfulness in the modern Western context include Thích Nhất Hạnh, Joseph Goldstein, Herbert Benson, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Richard J. Davidson.[17][18]
Clinical psychology and psychiatry since the 1970s have developed a number of therapeutic applications based on mindfulness for helping people experiencing a variety of psychological conditions.[18] Mindfulness practice has been employed to reduce depression,[19][20][21][22][23] stress,[20][24][23] anxiety,[19][20][25][23] and in the treatment of drug addiction.[26][27][28] Programs based on mindfulness models have been adopted within schools, prisons, hospitals, veterans' centers, and other environments,[29][30] and mindfulness programs have been applied for additional outcomes such as for healthy aging, weight management, athletic performance,[31] helping children with special needs, and as an intervention during early pregnancy.
Clinical studies have documented both physical- and mental-health benefits of mindfulness in different patient categories as well as in healthy adults and children.[32][33][34] Studies have shown a positive relationship between trait mindfulness (which can be cultivated through the practice of mindfulness-based interventions) and psychological health.[35][36] The practice of mindfulness appears to provide therapeutic benefits to people with psychiatric disorders,[37][38][39] including moderate benefits to those with psychosis.[40][41][42] Studies also indicate that rumination and worry contribute to a variety of mental disorders,[43][44] and that mindfulness-based interventions can enhance trait mindfulness[45] and reduce both rumination and worry.[44][46][47] Further, the practice of mindfulness may be a preventive strategy to halt the development of mental-health problems.[48][49][50]

Meditation is a practice of mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.[1][2][3][4][web 1][web 2]
Meditation is practiced in numerous religious traditions. The earliest records of meditation (dhyana) are found in the Upanishads, and meditation plays an important role in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism.[5] Since the 19th century, Asian meditative techniques have spread to other cultures where they have also found application in non-spiritual contexts, such as business and health.[6]
Meditation may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain,[7] and enhance peace, perception,[8] self-concept, and well-being.[9][10][11] Research is ongoing to better understand the effects of meditation on health (psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular) and other areas.

Buddhism (/ˈbʊdɪzəm/ BUUD-ih-zəm, US also /ˈbuːd-/ BOOD-),[1][2][3] also known as Buddha Dharma, and Dharmavinaya (transl. "doctrines and disciplines"), is an Indian religion or philosophical tradition based on teachings attributed to the Buddha.[4] It originated in the eastern Gangetic plain as a śramaṇa–movement in the 5th century BCE, and gradually spread throughout much of Asia via the Silk Road. It is the world's fourth-largest religion,[5][6] with over 520 million followers (Buddhists) who comprise seven percent of the global population.[7][8][9]
The Buddha's central teachings emphasize the aim of attaining liberation from dukkha (often translated as "suffering" or "unease"[note 1]), the source of which is said to be attachment or clinging.[14] He endorsed the Middle Way, a path of development that avoids both extreme asceticism and hedonism. A summary of this path is expressed in the Noble Eightfold Path, a cultivation of the mind which is said to lead to awakening and full liberation through observance of Buddhist ethics and meditation. Other widely observed practices include: monasticism; "taking refuge" in the Three Jewels: the Buddha, the dharma, and the saṅgha; and the cultivation of perfections (pāramitā).[15]

TESTIMONIALS FROM PARTICIPANTS of Individual Sessions and Seminars
Jay:
We had a great weekend, in a great place.
The course organized by Frédéric was able to put my head in order, I needed to
understand certain things in me and he was able to show us in a very simple way how to
respond to them and live in a more “Zen” way in our daily lives.
In addition, I was able to discover tasty food, far from what I knew.
In summary, I advise everyone to have an experience like this, you become better
awaken and enriched...
Thanks to you Frédéric and also to Ashton's wonderful culinary talents.
Delphine:
Frédéric helped me because I was looking for my way, I wanted to give meaning to my life, but
it was vague, I didn't know how, or by what means, or where to go. And with
his methods, he made me realize by writing it, by visualizing it by writing my values and
my dreams. Everything has become clear, today I have a new dream, a new challenge of
life, which will give full meaning to my life. Thank you Frédéric
I recommend an internship with Frédéric, it will enrich you
personal and surely will help you answer some of your questions, free
things, to be more serene in the trials of life, to find your way. This
which of course requires work on oneself and to continue it every day to move towards
his dreams and being happy.
Ezhara:
Failing to have been able to make a video, I wanted to thank you, Frederic Deltour for
this “apprenticeship” weekend. I think that the name "well-being course" is not
not enough to really describe what happens when you accompany us
for 2 days. There is something else that is being created, not only with you, with
the other participants, with the beautiful and sweet Ashton, and with ourselves. A
strong reconnection with what we really want, what we believe we want, what we
believes we are and what we are. Everyone in their own way, consciously or not, participates in
new and forever engraved awarenesses. I remember these games
roles where each in turn, we removed these thin layers which were installed there
for a long time but which we had not seen and which prevented us from seeing clearly.
Powerful exercises forever engraved in my memory. I also remember
these meditation exercises where you teach us to be present in every moment,
this book that you gave us, the 4 noble truths, Thai shi.. Besides, I practice your
technique every morning. Or at least I try. And all this enhanced with your presence,
your patience, your listening to each moment almost “in love” with each of us, and
of course without forgetting Aston, who was our "foster mother" during this stay. His
inventive, nourishing and healthy dishes, each as delicious as the next, its
full and complete involvement, his sweet person.. And all this in a magnificent place..
So yes.. thank you thank you thank you.. Infinite gratitude to you and Ashton for who you are
and for this beautiful and wonderful contribution that you are to the world.. I
love.. I love us..
Fred:
I made contact almost a year ago with Frédéric via face book because I was crossing
professionally a very difficult time. I was under a lot of pressure at work
even a certain harassment and as a result I had a burnout. After several months of "hell",
I was able to be fired from my job by occupational health. Since then I have been rebuilding myself and I have
new projects. Throughout this hellish period, Fred was a great support for
Me. I didn't have the opportunity to go to the Zen days but we often
communicated by skype and Fred comforted me and helped to regain confidence in myself and
begin a period of “resilience”. Fred is a very attentive, available, intuitive person.
and very empathetic. He helped me to verbalize my unhappiness, put “words to my pain” and
I am very grateful to him. I wish to continue this superb and enriching
experience and take advantage of the next "zen days" to help me let go because, for
It's quite difficult for me at the moment. Thank you Fred for your "know-how" and especially for your "knowledge
be". See you soon Fred
Migline:
The discovery course was for me a reminder of the notions of well-being, fulfillment
and well-being towards oneself. It did me a lot of good to hear the concepts again
in which I am already fully interested and Frédéric knew how to add his personal touch.
All this with the sharing of his experience, his life and his knowledge. Pleasantly
surprised by the meal which was totally in line with her lifestyle and her values. I have,
thanks to this internship, raises awareness about veganism, through the quality of the meal.
Thank you and I highly recommend. Looking forward to sharing a new experience with you
company, but with a more advanced level! Thanks also to Marie who suggested this to me
outing without which I would not have known you. The power of word of mouth ;)
Peggy :
Frédéric, it’s a smile that fills your heart.
It brings light to your life path.
His approach brings full self-awareness, helping people when they are floundering.
It's a gift.
Nélia:
Frédéric has excellent listening skills and he knows how to speak simply, from the heart so
let it resonate in everyone.
Sophia:
I had the pleasure of participating in Frédéric's internship in Carcassonne, France last summer. THE
Frédéric's internships have had a profound impact on me. The benefits following this internship were
been a continuity of awakening to myself, the door to my soul remained open and a feeling
permanent connection. I love and have always sought to be as conscious as possible
possible. I have always felt that this was very important and essential for living which we
are in order to feel happy and in our place. I have always been intrigued by this
inner guidance and Frédéric has this gift of perceiving in everyone what is to be revealed and knows the
highlights. As a surgeon of the soul and personality, he also knows very well how to uproot
the “evils” in such a surprising way! Personally amazed by this donation. Impressed
by the speed with which Frédéric achieved this.
The questioning is fair, intense and immediate. As if a veil was gently drawn and
the momentum triggered within oneself continues to live within oneself and guide us. Frédéric really
helped to connect me with this force in me, in my center, at the level of the heart and
which once found manifests itself and is felt more and more intensely every day.
It is this place which for me is precious and our probe, radar in life.
I greatly appreciated the internship program which mixes practices that are
complement and are very beneficial: meditation, yoga, Tai Chi and Qi exercises
Cong, speaking times. For work in faith on the body, the spirit, the unity and for their
great virtues, benefits and changes. Among my various approaches, practices,
meetings, and internships, I felt that I left with something very different in me and
which would continue to carry me far and over time. I would describe Frédéric, because of what he
embodies, through his experience and his deep knowledge of beings and life, a true
healer, a true guide who helps you find or touch something precious within yourself
that you want to deploy: yourself. Thank you Frédéric for these liberating courses and
fulfilling which repatriate our strength and in which you transmit to us the sweetness, the
kindness, the lightness of the heart and of the beings that we are.
For the rejoicing of the body and the soul alwaysJ and the taste buds, I must add the meal which
was a real delight and very generous, with a very pleasant time sharing.
I encourage everyone who wishes to break free, or who is at a point of questioning
in their lives to work with Frédéric. I recommend Frédéric to anyone who wishes
support towards themselves for the best. I recommend Frédéric in all
trust because I know his abilities, his professionalism, his generosity, his foresight and
the purity of his heart. Have a good trip everyone with Frédéric! Namaste
Marianne:
A great soul in a beautiful person…
Frédéric exudes serenity and his kindness showers you with delicate attentions during
his internships, from start to finish. Thus, you find yourself in the most comforting of cocoons
practicing activities such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, relaxation or walking
with full awareness of your body and mind…
Always 100% in the present moment, Frédéric is at your disposal to allow you
to find well-being and calm, whether by introducing yourself to certain physical practices,
by guiding you on your spiritual journey or by interacting with you with a spirit
open and altruistic. All this while respecting your desires and your freedom. It is therefore in this
soft and harmonious atmosphere, enhanced by generously prepared healthy dishes, which
you find balance with yourself and your environment, and learn (or
relearn) how to feel deep stillness.
“Tranquility is the greatest revelation” Lao-tzu (Chinese philosopher).
There are few people capable of giving unconditional love to everyone.
moment of every day; also, it is an encounter that will not be forgotten and which will recharge your batteries.
Frédéric, I thank you for being who you are and for choosing to distribute these beautiful energies for the
well of all those who approach you. Nice continuation.
Audrey:
At the end of a Zen day organized by Frédéric, I was able to draw up a very positive assessment, in addition to the
day vector of relaxation in itself, bathed in kindness, sharing and
relaxation of body and mind, I was able to consolidate the bases that I had concerning the full
consciousness, management of emotions and changing the angle of observation regarding suffering
and my way of understanding it. Frédéric has undeniable qualities of empathy which
allow you to let go and feel completely safe to create a ground conducive to
the emergence of the “true self”.
An experience that I highly recommend to anyone wishing to advance
concretely on the path to well-being.
